Main character for "Someday's Dreamers". She's an aspiring magic user whom has a tough dilemma with both her passion and her studies.
Yume Kikuchi moved into Tokyo from her home in the Iwate Prefecture in order to undergo her training with Masami Oyamada as her mentor. As she met a number of clients that she and Masami worked with, Yume started to learn about the joys and dangers of magic along with an revelation about herself after an depression that came from witnessing the death of one of her clients. She was motivated to do what her heart desires by those who helped her, including the Bureau of Magic Users' boss and from her recovery on, she decided to continue becoming a professional mage.
Yume (Translates to "Dream" in Japanese) first debuted in the first volume of the "Someday's Dreamers" manga by writer Norie Yamada and artist Kumichi Yoshizuki. The character's purpose was to became an hidden representative to follow one's own dreams.
