Yubaba

Personality

Yubaba is a very cranky old witch. She is very serious about her job and she is also very controlling. We actually see the controlling attitude of her's when we find out that Yubaba uses magic and curses to enslave her workers to her. She also steals their name, for example, when Chihiro comes to Yubaba for work, Yubaba agrees to give her work under one condition, she wants her name. So Yubaba takes all of Chihiro's name except for the first character, so she is from then on known simply as "Sen." 
 

Job

 Yubaba runs the bathouse in the town. She takes the job seriously and is very crude to her workers. She does anything from assign tasks, to accepting new employee's, to handling any problem with the workers.

Family

Little is seen or known about Yubaba's family, though we do see two main people related to her. First, is her sister, Zeniba. When Sen goes to visit her, she finds out that she is the polar opposite of her sister, in that she is very caring and respectful. We also see another of Yubaba's family, and that is her son, Boh. He is seen traveling to Zeniba's with Sen, he is a mouse due to a spell that Zeniba placed on him.
