Yolanda is the leader of the "Church of Violence" from the Black Lagoon series who runs guns, drugs and other black market goods out of a chapel.
Sister Yolanda is a black market dealer from the Black Lagoon anime/manga series. She's an elderly nun who wears an eyepatch and operates out of a church on the outskirts of Roanapur. While she keeps up the appearance of a Catholic church with mass and other religious duties, her real job is running weapons, drugs, and other materials out of the chapel. The locals know her outfit as the "Church of Violence" for arms dealing as well as the "Rip-off Church" for their shady deals. Sister Eda works under her as well as a priest-in-training known as Ricardo.
Yolanda makes her first appearance meeting with Rock and Revy while they are out running errands. When the two from Lagoon Company show up to receive a weapons delivery, she tries to withhold a grenade launcher for another client. Revy pulls her gun to try and coerce Yolanda but causes a stand off with Eda. Before any shots are fired, Rock defuses the situation by warning Yolanda to tell Hotel Moscow of the church's drug smuggling outside agreed upon routes. She is impressed with Rock's business sense and sticks with the original deal.
A counterfeiter named Janet Bhai tries to seek sanctuary at the church. Since she is from out of town she has no idea what they really do and causes a gunfight between Revy, Eda, and Florida gangsters clueless to how things work in Roanapur. Yolanda joins the shootout and defends the church with her personal sidearm, an engraved gold plated Desert Eagle. Afterwards she is unimpressed with Jane's story and encourages Eda to string her along for the plates to print United States currency.
