Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights is an anime episode of Glass Mask (2005) that was released on

Maya's onstage chemistry with Wuthering Heights co-star Ryo Majima is powerful. So much so that Yuu Sakurakouji walks out in the middle of their performance, so jealous that he is unable to watch. As he is leaving he is stopped by Masumi Hayami, who points out that if Yuu truly loved Maya, he'd stay and watch her performance until the end. Yuu leaves in a huff and Masumi tells Saeko, his assistant, that he will stay and watch until the end of the play. Onstage, the young Catherine and Heathcliff consistently have more intensity than the grown up couple. At the end of Wuthering Heights' run, Tsukikage announces that their troupe will do another play: The Stone's Smile. Maya's role in The Stone's Smile will be a doll.
