Winds Of War

Garma Zabi pursues White Base through the desert. Nine civilians on board the White Base demand to be let off the ship and onto Earth where they are, the Zeon obliges to a Federation request at a cease fire, if only to organize the Magellan Attack tanks for an assault on the Ship. A plan is devised among the White Base crew to use this ceasefire to their own advantage, and purposely damage the Gun Perry they will use to ferry the civilians to Earth. Ryu crash lands the Gun Perry into the ground in an effort to put the Gundam behind the enemy lines, allowing Gundam to flank the Zeon during their attack.

Kai and Hayato pilot the Gun Cannon and Guntank and engage the enemy that now surrounds their ship, Amuro successfully surprises the Zeon forces from the rear breaking a hole in the Zeon lines and 'causing the Zeon to retreat. Garma is shocked by the turning defeat and momentarily loses his composure. Char promises that he would enter the battle along side him the next time they have the opportunity. But for now the White Base is free again and on its way to Federation Airspace.
