Wilhelmina Carmel

Wilhelmina Carmel is a beautiful young flame haze that is contracted to Mugen no Kantai Tiamat. She holds the tittle "Banjo no Shite" (Manipulator of Objects). Her maid headdress is her contractor vessel called Persona. She's Shana's guider and trainer.

Personality

Wilhelmina always speaks in a polite and formal manners (de-arimasu) and doesn't have any expression at all. She's good at cleaning house and singing, but she's really bad at cooking, often makes noddle-cup for the dinner.

Wilhelmina is very protective about Shana, and she doesn't like Yuji. Later on, Wilhelmina has begun to accept Yuji.

Appearance

Wilhemina has pink hair and pink eyes, and she's always seen wearing maid clothes. During the great war, she wears yellow gown and Tiara (the Tiara is the same as the headdress).

History

Wilhelmina's past isn't revealed, but Tiamat has once referred her as "Princess", implying that Wilhelmina was born to a royal family.

• She is one of the great Flame Haze from the second Great War, fighting alongside her friend, Mathilde Saint-Omer. Together, they are considered to be the counterpart of the "Pair of Wings", and they fought the Crimson Lords Merihim and Illuyanka. Wilhelmina is also known as "Dancing Princess of Unparalleled Tactics" for her elegant and unparalleled techniques and movements in battles. During the Great War, after fighting Illuyanka and defeating him, she lost her right arm in the later battle with Chernobog but recovered.

• After Mathilde's death, she and Merihim (as Shiro) and Alastor stay in Tendoukyuu, a large floating piece of land. They search for the next person to possess the title "Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter" previously held by Mathilde. They waited for hundreds of years before an unnamed girl is discovered to be a "Great One".

  The orphaned girl is then taken custody by Wilhelmina, who later doubles as her trainor and guardian. When Tendoukyuu fell, Wilhelmina told the girl to go on her own without her, so she can travels around the world to learn more about her duty as the newest "Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter".

Relationship

• She's Shana's guider and trainor, and she's very protective about Shana.
• She likes Merihim, but it's just an unrequited love.
• She's friend with Mathilde Saint-Omer.
• She's somewhat close to Margery Daw.
• Friend with Pheles and Johann, and they're important to her. In the 22th light novel, Wilhelmina wants to help her but Pheles refuses her help, apologizes and confines her inside a vortex. This makes Wilhelmina sad and lost the passion to fight. Fortunately, Margery comes and she managed to encouraged her again.

Ability

Wilhelmina is famous for her ability to control bandages, and she got her tittle from her ability. She can make weapon, shield, and many more from her bandages. In the battle, she usually will activate the battle mode called Jinki Persona, changes Tiamat into a mask, and she'll have many bandages behind the mask. Jinki Persona helps her because she can use bandages behind her instead of summoning the bandages.
