Wheel of Fortune is an anime episode of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders that was released on 06/28/2014

Plot Summary

From the sacred city of Varanasi, the Jojo gang are heading towards Pakistan via car. Polnareff states that he will be coming back to India to make Avdol a proper grave. Ahead of them, a red car is driving slow which makes Polnareff drives past them by grinding against the wall. He stops at the path because Anne is right in front of them, asking the gang for a ride. Shortly after in the car, Anne shares this is her chance to see the world and admits she lied to them about seeing her father in Singapore. Polnareff signals to the man to pass them. However, the car is slowing down. Jotaro assumes it's the enemy. The driver signals them to pass.

Suddenly, a truck is heading towards them. Jotaro quickly uses Star Platinum to smash into the front end of the truck and using the momentum to push their car out of the way. Joseph cannot find the car that passed them. The gang wonders if this is a Stand attack or some random jerk. Jotaro tells them to ignore helping the truck driver which has Anne falling head over heels for Jotaro. Up ahead of the road, the same red car smashes into a sign at the fork of the road, causing the Pakistan sign to turn to the right. Jotaro's gang arrive at a small shop where a man sells sugarcane juice. Joseph and the gang spot the red car nearby, but when they reach the car, the driver is gone. When Joseph asks the customers and owners about the driver, Jotaro and his gang except Noriaki start harassing everyone. At the same time, the driver drives the red car off. Polnareff and the group drives after the man. The red car drives towards the same sign and down the right path.

Polnareff quickly stops the car before the suspension bridge. Suddenly, the red car appears behind them and starts bashing towards them. Polnareff urges everyone to leave, but when Noriaki reminds him that a driver cannot leave and someone must hold the brakes down, the car ends up dropping down to the cliff. Noriaki used his Hierophant Green to latch a hook to the red car. Jotaro has Star Platinum grab the wire and pull the car while knocking the red car into the cliffs. Anne wonders how the car was able to appear behind them. Then, a voice calls out. Jotaro states that the car can be a a Stand just like Strength, the boat. When the ground rumbles, Wheel of Fortune pops out of the ground knocking Jotaro's car out of the way.

Then, Wheel of Fortune shoots something at Jotaro and then, both Polnareff and Noriaki. The group cannot figure what was shot at them. The group runs towards the boulders, yet Wheel of Fortune is able to use its wheels to grind its way through the two boulders. When Anne trips down and gets left behind, Jotaro picks her up. The group scales the cliff to higher ground. Wheel of Fortune pops up spikes in its wheels and starts to drive up the cliff. Jotaro prepares to strike the car's under view. Before Jotaro could strike, the driver reminds them of his previous attacks. Noriaki and the gang realize they were shot with gasoline. The driver ignites Jotaro.

However, Jotaro is still alive as he digs himself out of the ground. Jotaro has Star Platinum unleash a barrage of fists on Wheel of Fortune, knocking the driver out of the process. Polnareff stops the man who begs them for his life. Jotaro's gang simply laughs at the poor man. Nearby, the car reverts back to its original form. After tying down the driver, Joseph's group takes Wheel of Fortune car. Jotaro tells Anne she will be heading to Hong Kong via airplane.

Elsewhere, Enyaba is angry at the gang defeating all of her forces and decides to face the group personally.
