Water type (Pokémon)

Overview

Water type Pokémon are seen all throughout the anime series. Some of the most common seen on the show include: Squirtle, Psyduck, Mudkip, Gyarados, and Staryu. The general attack for this type is Water Gun. Water Gun is accepted as being the universal Water type attack, even though the attack's stats aren't that high. Water type Pokémon are weak against Electric type attacks, and their attacks aren't very affective against Grass type Pokémon, as they have a strong resistance to the attacks.
