Wakana Sakai is a black haired girl with a ponytail, and she is one of the five female protagonists in Tari Tari.

In her past, she was loved by her mother, Mahiru Sakai. She was a studious girl who often rejects her mother's offer to sing with her, and her mother was ill. When her mother died, Wakana reads her letter. She learns that her mother wished to hear her daughter sing before she died. Wakana cried and regretted being cruel to her mother.

Creation

Wakana Sekai is originally created by Evergreen and illustrated by Tomiyaki Kagisora. She first appears in Tari Tari volume 1 and Tari Tari episode 1: Running and Inviting. She is voiced by Ayahi Takagaki.

When her mother died, she cried and regretted being mean to her mother. Remembering her mother, she makes a big decision to give away her mother's piano and whale strap away. She keeps her mother's letter.
