V.V. is the twin brother of the Britannian Emperor, Charles di Britannia. He is one of the immortal Code holders who can grant the Geass power.
V.V is Charles zi Britannia's brother. He doesn't look like Charles's brother because he became immortal when he was young.
When Charles took his geass, he was still alive but he lost his immortality.
