Voltron Forum

I really liked Voltron when I first saw it.  I do have to say that I preferred the Lion Force over the Vehicle Voltron.  I will admit that I am not a Voltron expert and I always wondered what the deal with the two different versions was.  It seems that in 1986, "Fleet Of Doom" was released with extra footage to explain the move from the Lion Force to the Vehicle Force.  The movie then became harder to come by as it was never released in the box sets.

It seems that the movie will finally be released on May 26, 2009, according to Mania.  The DVD apparently was released last February.   Reports of that version basically said it was a crappy release.  Let's hope that Media Blasters have addressed the complaints with this release.
