'Villain' in Cowboy Bebop: The Movie. His goal was to unleash a virus on Mars in the hopes of killing off the majority of the people.
Character
Vincent seems to be a psychotic terrorist at the beginning, but throughout the movie we learn he is much deeper than that. Vincent has lost his memory after being the only living survivor of test subjects on Titan. He was injected with anti- nanomachines to see how to protect against a nanomachine germ warfare attack. After his injection and time on Titan, he lost his memory and felt he could not die. He also seems to have some problems with what is real, asking both Faye and Spike if this is a dream or reality. In the end, he remembers Electra was his former lover and his reason for living.
