@RockmanBionics: The Japanese name is Aa Itoshi no Banchosama ( あぁいとしのばんちょうさま ). :)

I'm actually surprised I haven't run into it before, since it's serialized in LaLa (the same anthology that runs Ouran High School Host Club, Vampire Knight, etc).
