Original English Language (or "OEL") is a term used to refer usually to manga that are created by western, English-speaking creators.

I define manga as Japanese comics, bout it. I'm just getting into them, so maybe my view will change later on, who knows?

Yeah, I have to echo the above. My definition has always been fairly narrow, manga is a comic from Japan. Naturally I have some deeper thoughts about it than that but in terms of just the most basic definition, that would be it.
