Vice-Admiral Smoker is best known as the White Chase, who never lets a pirate get away. He has the powers of the Smoke-Smoke Fruit, and chases after Luffy and the Straw Hats.

Tashigi is a sword-loving member of the Marine forces and second to Smoker. She's determined to defeat Roronoa Zoro and claim his swords.

Trafalgar Law is a Modification Man who ate the Op-Op Fruit, and the captain of the Heart Pirates. He was one of The Eleven Supernovas who later joined the Seven Warlords.
