A normal high school girl meets a pair of beautiful magical women who live underwater.
Marin and Urin are magical girls who live in the ocean, but they, like Disney's Ariel, yearn to live above the water. One day they retrieve a ring and decide to leave the water to deliver it to its owner. When the girls of the sea meet a girl of the skies, a high school student named Kanon, trouble occurs...
