Tsumugi Kotobuki Friends

The newest member of the Light Music Club. She's an excellent guitar player and is very devoted to playing music. She's not fully comfortable with the club's very laid back attitude.

Mio is Ritsu's best friend and is convinced to join the 'light' music club. She seems to know a lot about music and plays Bass.

Yui's childhood friend.

Ritsu discovers the 'light' music club, only to learn that the former members graduated last year. She decides to become the club's president and use it to start a band. She plays the drums.

Sawako Yamanaka is a teacher at Sakura High. She is originally the adviser of the wind instrument club but then she was forced to become the adviser of the light music club by Yui, Mio, Ritsu and Mugi.

Yui Hirasawa's younger sister, she's much more responsible than Yui.

Yui is the guitarist in the Light music club in the anime K-ON!
