By far Trypticon is the largest of the Decepticons. "I am Trypticon, I am your death"
Trypticon was a Decepticon base and a Decepticon himself, he was the largest of the Decepticons and resembled a dinosaur. Trypticon, along with his rival Metroplex were the first two characters who first appear in Japanese Transformers continuity prior to American continuity in the Japan exclusive episode Scramble City Mobilization.
Alt Mode: Decepticon Military Base (T-Rex is his robot mode)
Trypticon is again the largest of the Decepticons after the previously mindless vehicle the Nemesis becomes intelligent In the Transformers Prime episode "Flying Mind" when it was fueled by Dark Energon. Trypticon then proceeded forward with his original mission, recovering the lost weapons from the Iacon Database. He refuses to obey anyone, even Megatron, and forced all the Decepticons residing within him into stasis.
As Transformers Prime is officially stated as a tie-in with the Aligned continuity, which includes some more modern games, it is safe to assume this is the same Trypticon seen in the War For Cybertron video game, who was said to ultimately have had his mind transferred into the Nemesis.
