True Tears is a romance about a girl who has lost her tears. I don't potently watch many romance, but when I start I must finish it. I have to admit that I tended to like True Tears, but it lacked certain efficiency to bring interest to the plot until about half way through and it gets confusing further in. Somethings start to happen randomly in the three last episodes (I won't ruin anything, though). I still would suggest it to all that romantics fans.
The plot and characters are overall well-done and planned out. The plot centers around Noe finding her tears again. The plot progression is shaky, but it keeps your attention and build suspense. Along with that, the introduction to the main characters is good and they have personalities of the stereotypical romantic/drama anime. Although stereotypical, they are all unique, lovable, energetic and relate somewhat to life as we know it.
I gave True Tears 3.5 out of 5 because of its lack of efficiency to interest me, its romantic nature, its decently made plot progression and also because of its great character traits and unique personalities. I suggest it if you have a little extra time on your hands.
