A member of the Autobots who is the Chief Medical Officer.

A Autobot Security Director who is paranoid. He is good friends with Inferno.

Rodimus Prime

Once known as the Autobot Hot Rod but after Optimus Prime died he gave him the Matrix of Leadership to take his place as Rodimus Prime.

Rosanna

Rosanna is an Autobot mini-cassette who appears in the Kiss Players Position manga volume and Transformers Animated. She loves music, and enjoys singing and dancing, but is not much of a fighter. She is a triplet, her triplet brothers are Eject and Rewind.

Safeguard

Member of the Autobots who has sometimes been depicted as the combined form of Jetfire and Jetstorm, and other times the combined form of High-Wire, Sureshock, and Grindor.

Sari Sumdac

A robot girl given life by the Allspark on Earth.

Scrapper

A Decepticon who is the leader of the Constructicons.

Searchlight

Seaspray is one of the few Autobot members who can explore the ocean.

Sentinel Prime

After inheriting the Matrix of Leadership from Zeta Prime, Sentinel Prime led the Autobots to victory against the Decepticons. He was later killed by Megatron and thus the Matrix of Leadership was passed on to Optimus Prime.

Shockwave

Shockwave is a powerful member of the Decepticons who serves as their scientist. Shockwave is Megatron's true second in command and was in charge of Cybertron when Megatron was on Earth.

A Decepticon Communications Officer who is able to detect and jam radio transmissions all across the energy spectrum. His alternate mode is a Cassette Player (originally, it is now a jet).

Friend of the Autobots and father of Spike Witwicky, he's a construction worker and inventor

A member of the Maximals, competes as a boxer. His beast-mode is a Kangaroo.

Starscream

Part of the Decepticons who is the Most powerful of the Seekers. Starscream is usually the scheming second in command to Megatron. Ultimately joined the Autobots in the Armada continuity. In the Prime series he is described as dead to the Decepticon cause by Megatron, but has really gone rogue.

Steeljaw

Steeljaw is one of Blaster's transforming cassettes. Steeljaw is one of the Wreckers in the 2011 film Dark of the Moon as well.

Strika

Strika was one of the greatest generals in Cybertron's history, who was converted into a Vehicon general by Megatron along with her consort Obsidian.

Sunstorm

A Decepticon that believes he is the living embodiment of Primus.

Swindle

Swindle is a member of the Decepticons Combaticons who forms the right leg of Bruticus.

Swoop

A member of the Dinobots. Transforms into a Pterodactyl.

One of the Decepticon's Seekers. He is not very bright but very deadly in combat.

A member of the Autobots who is one of the few capable of flight but tends to be a bit snobby.

Ultra Magnus

Ultra Magnus is a Autobot General and Commander of Autobot City. He is Second in Command to Optimus and had many attempts to be Leader or a Prime but prefers being a soldier and nothing more.

Warpath

Warpath is a member of the Autobots

Waspinator

A character from various "Transformer" continuities like in the "Beast Wars portion of "Generation 1" and "Animated." He transforms into a wasp and is either a predacon or a autobot turned decepticon depending on the continuity.

Wheeljack

An autobot inventor, his inventions usually don't work the way they are meant to though, if at all. In Armada he is an ex-autobot turned Decepticon, in Prime he is one of The Wreckers.

Wreck-Gar

The Leader of a Group of Junk Transformers called the Junkions.

Yoketron

Member of the Autobots who has taught some of the greatest Autobot and Maximal warriors in hand to hand combat.
