Tournament Announcer

The tournament announcer is a minor character in dragonball/z, he is the host of the martial arts tournaments, he has seen the z-fighters fight, and loves it when they participate in the martial arts competition

Personality

He is very friendly, and likes people to fight fair. He is very charasmatic, and is like a typical commentator; loud and full of energy. He also is not as gullible as the rest of the world, as he knew that Hercule did not beat Cell. 
He loves to see great matches, and after seeing Goku fight, he is not satisfied with the likes of Hercule winning the world tournament because goku stopped competing. He is very happy when Goku returns.
 
 

Relationships

He is friends with Goku, Master Roshi, Krillin, Yamcha and Tien, he was very impressed with their talents, and their fights made his job very interesting, and often their fights left him speechless.
 
At first he was scared of Piccolo, when Piccolo was evil, but he is happy to learn that Piccolo has changed his ways. 
He does not really know Vegeta, and so he does not like or dislike Vegeta.
