Toshiyuki Saejima

 Background

Toshiyuki Saejima currently a corrupt police officer in GTO but a former gang member first with  Kamakura no Kyouken (The Mad Dogs of Kamakura), his own gang with his best friend Jun Kamata and then he joined the Oni-Baku. They were the most feared fighters in school as their methods were brutal, in one instance shoving a pencil up someone’s nose and using anything to win. They fought the Oni-Baku in an epic battle; they had kidnapped Ryuji and went to eliminate Onizuka. This backfired and lost to them and eventually decided to join them.
