Toshiko Tatsuno
Hotori's classmate who joins her at the Seaside Cafe, hoping to get close to Sanada. Often critiques Hotori on her lack of maid-ness.
Toshiko is a relatively smart high school girl and one of the few who can tolerate Hotori's crazy antics. She believes in a sort of meidojutsu that she thinks can turn the plain, shabby Seaside Cafe into a respectable maid cafe. At first, she just wanted to give Hotori some tips on acting like a "real" maid, but after hearing that a boy she likes often chose to eat there, Toshiko decided to become the cafe's second employee.
