Tomokazu Sugita is a popular Japanese voice actor best known for his turn as the sarcastic, observational Kyon in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Sugita began voice acting in 2001, voicing Subaru Sumeragi in CLAMP's X/1999. In 2002 he scored another CLAMP lead role, Hideki Motosuwa in Chobits. Since then he has played any number of leads, although Kyon remains his most popular to date.

Sugita seems to have some close relationship with seiyuu Ken Narita, who is sometimes referred to as his brother. When asked about this, Sugita merely said that the two have a habit in common: neither blinks frequently. He is also good friends with voice actor Yuuichi Nakamura.
