Aw, it's like looking at a box full of kittens I want to take home.
I was able to confirm the information at WorldScreen.com, which posted an interview with Toei's Chief Manager of the International Department, Kenji Ebato in late March. In it he declares his "top properties for MIPTV" to be Sailor Moon, Dr. Slump-Arale (I'm not sure if this means both Dr. Slump AND Dr. Slump & Arale, or just the latter), the One Piece Strong World movie, Marie & Gali, and Master Hamsters.
I don't know about any "Master Hamsters," but Marie & Gali is a kids' program about Marie Curie, discoverer of radioactivity, and Galileo, the "father of modern science." I was a little surprised-- it is, as far as I'm aware, more or less a kids show, but not the usual merchandising-fest that we normally see get air on TV outside of Japan (a la Yu-Gi-Oh or Digimon).
Interesting stuff all around. Of course, what Toei's "shopping" doesn't necessarily indicate what will actually get bought, but I know there are plenty of people who'd like to get a chance at seeing Sailor Moon Sailor Stars.
