Origin
Arcadia of My Youth
Tochiro is a former Solar Federation engineer who wanders bars and the streets of Earth pretending to be a beggar after the Earth has been conquered. During a brawl at a bar he meets another veteran, Captain Harlock. The two immediately hit off as friends and eventually Tochiro gives Captain Harlock his self-built spaceship, the Arcadia.
