Time Bomb/Usagi's Misfortune! Watch Out For the Rushing Clocks

Time Bomb/Usagi's Misfortune! Watch Out For the Rushing Clocks is an anime episode of Sailor Moon that was released on 05/09/1992
This episode begins with Jadeite telling Queen Beryl that he has another idea to steal energy for their "great ruler."  He says that when humans are psychologically stressed, they produced a lot of energy to be harvested.  Queen Beryl gives him authorization to go ahead with his new plan.
Usagi takes Ami out shopping, and Ami comments that she has only read about busy shopping districts in books.  Usagi says that she needs to go out more.  The girls try on clothes and accessories and visit a bookstore, in which they both realize they have different tastes.  Finally, they end up at a crowded clock store, Clock Look, that is offering everything at 50-70% off.  A suspicious-looking shopkeeper in a red dress welcomes them into the store and asks them to look around.  Usagi and Ami comment on how cheap everything is and look around at all the unusual clocks.  Usagi finds a clock that she thinks looks like Luna, but realizes that she only has 1000 yen in her wallet and she cannot afford it.  When she gets home, her mother tells her that she went shopping with Naru and Umino's mothers and found a clock store with an incredible sale.  She gives Usagi the same clock she had been looking at earlier in the Clock Look store.  Luna gets extremely agitated when Usagi says that the clock looks like her.  In the middle of the night, Luna notices that the clock is glowing strangely.
In the morning, Ami comes to Usagi's house to walk with her to school.  Usagi's mother says that Usagi already left, although it is only 7 AM.  She says that Usagi's brother left before 7, and Usagi's father goes rushing out the door saying he is going to be late for work.  Usagi's mother then comments on all the housework she has to do and says it is almost time for dinner and closes the door.  At school, the students all decide that they are too impatient to sit still.  Even Ms. Haruna tells them to study by themselves because she has 4 dates to go on.  Umino says that life is short and they should all be falling in love.  Everyone is out early, rushing around, and acting strangely.  Ami is still normal due to the fact that she did not buy a clock - she already had a watch her mother gave her.  Luna comes running up to Ami with Usagi's clock strapped to her back and says that she thinks something is wrong with it.  She gives Ami a "compact supercomputer" that will allow her to analyze things easily.  Ami uses this tool often throughout the series.  Ami and Luna realize that the clock apparently has nothing on the inside making it work and produces a strange energy.  On the street, people are crashing their cars and still trying to rush to get where they are going.  One man says he has to get to the hospital and another says he will run to Paris by himself.
Jadeite and Queen Beryl praise the clock shop monster, Ramula, for her good work.  As it turns out, the shopkeeper from the clock is indeed the same monster.  Jadeite warns her to watch out for the Sailor Warriors, since they will likely appear from the commotion.
Meanwhile, the chaos on the streets continue as Usagi rides a public transportation but and everyone including the driver becomes impatient.  Usagi finally manages to meet up with Ami and Luna.  When she finds out what is going on, Usagi decides to charge into the clock store immediately and transforms.  Ami also transforms into Sailor Mercury, agreeing to go with her.  Sailor Moon uses her Moon Tiara Action attack to create a hole in the front door of Clock Look.  Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury make it through the door, but the hole closes again and Luna gets left behind.  The Sailor Warriors confront Ramula, who is waiting for them in the back of the store.  For the first time, Sailor Mercury is incorporated into Sailor Moon's speech.  Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury end up in a void filled with clocks that seemingly has no way out.  As Sailor Moon tries to rush ahead aimlessly, Sailor Mercury uses her supercomputer to find the true path to Ramula.  Sailor Moon steps onto the wrong path and starts shrinking.  Sailor Mercury realizes that different paths can make time go faster or slower and pulls Sailor Moon back onto the right path.  Back in the Clock Look store, Tuxedo Mask appears but finds the shop empty.  When Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury finally manage to confront Ramula, Sailor Moon has lost most of her energy from the monster's spell.  However, Tuxedo Mash has somehow realized that the grandfather clock in the store is keeping the monster's collected energy inside and breaks it with a red rose.  The monster becomes tired and Sailor Mercury hits it with her Bubble Spray attack, weakening it enough for a final coup de grace, the Moon Tiara Action.
Usagi and Ami appear back outside the store with Luna once everything goes back to normal.  They apparently do not realize that Tuxedo Mask was ever there.
