Haru, Elie, Plue, and Griffon arrive in Ska village, and they learn that the rain has never stopped for five years while Elie pursues the thunder man from her flashbacks.

Haru Glory and Elie are playing video games in their trip (about five days past by). It starts to rain, and Griffon becomes the umbrella. Suddenly, lightning almosts the car which puts Elie in a scared trance. Haru begs Griffon to stop, but Griffon takes them to a nearby village, Ska. Haru takes Elie to the Ska hotel, and the lady takes them in. While Elie falls asleep, Haru and Plue go explore town. Haru and Plue discovers a frog, and a boy tries to throw rocks at it. After the boy chases off the frog, the old man comes behind Haru and tells Haru that the boy hates the rain. Meanwhile, the lady tells Elie to take a bath after Elie wakes up. When Haru gets back to the hotel, he finds Griffon and the lady tells Haru that Elie is taking a shower. When Haru tells the lady to hang the clothes during a sunny day, the lady tells Haru that the rain has never stop for five years. Haru remembers what the old man said about the boy.
The Demon Card punks drag the lady's boy to the hotel. After the punk gets freak out by Griffon who is being step on by Haru, the boy bites the man to get free. Haru beats the punks easily, and the Demon Card runs after knowing Haru is the Rave Master. The lady (mother of the boy) explains the boy is hunting the frogs to chase the rain, and the lady tells Haru that the man brought the thunder. When Elie hears about the Thunder man, she rushes out in the rain to the Thunder mansion. Haru chases Elie, but Elie runs faster than Haru.
In her flashback, Elie remembers she is in the desert, and she does not remember anything. Sieg Hart asks how Elie is still alive, and when Elie asks Sieg Hart, Sieg Hart violently shocks her. Sieg Hart says, "my mission is over." Elie wonders how she survive and who is she. The boy throws a rock at Haru and brings Haru his sword. He wants Haru to fight the Thunder man after the boy asks Haru if he goes after Elie. Once the boy tells Haru that the Thunder Man is one of the Dark Bring organization, Haru promise the boy he will beat the Thunder man. Haru wants the boy to promise him to not hurt the frogs anymore. The boy apologizes to the frog.
Meanwhile the punks warn the others about the Thunder man. Elie finally arrives to the Thunder mansion.
