Summary

Zuko mediates, and Iroh informs Zuko that they have lost track of the Avatar. Meanwhile, Aang is lost as they continue on their way to the North Pole, and Sokka tells Aang about the natural order and how girls and boys have certain roles. Aang camps on a nearby island and finds an elephant koi. As Aang surfs on the koi, something chases and eats the koi. After Aang flies off, he spots something huge and runs towards the shore. Suddenly, a group of warriors capture Aang and his company. During interrogation, the leader asks them what they are doing, and Sokka displays his sexism which enrages the leader, Suzi. When Aang hears the name Kyoshi, Aang informs them that he is the Avatar. When the female warriors are about to force Aang's group to be fed to Unagi, Aang demonstrates his airbending. The villagers begin sharing the news about the Avatar's location on Kyoshi Island, and Zuko receives the news. While Aang and Katara eat, Katara explains that Sokka is mad that a bunch of girls beat him. Sokka goes off to prove himself, and Aang entertains his screaming fangirls. Over at the Kyoshi Warriors' room, Sokka gloats how he is the best in his village, and Suki asks him to demonstrate his moves. He fails and embarrasses himself in front of the warriors as Suki binds Sokka's arm to his leg.

In the village, Aang asks Katara to ride with him and girls on Appa's back, and Katara refuses. Aang thinks Katara is jealous which leaves Katara furious. Back at the Kyoshi's place, Sokka asks Suki to train him and apologizes for his insults. Suki has Sokka dressed in Kyoshi's armor. Aang goes off and informs Katara that he will ride the Unagi. Sokka practices is fan work only to mess up. Suzi lectures Sokka about how it's not about strength. Sokka manages to get her off guard. Meanwhile, Aang's fans leave when they don't see the beast, and Katara arrives. The two make up to each other, and then, the monster of the sea appears. Unagi shoots water out of its mouth, and Aang dangles on its whiskers. The beast throws Aang, and Katara rushes to save Aang. She manages to escape the beast, and Zuko's warship arrives with the troops marching towards the village. Sokka and the Kyoshi warriors go out to confront Zuko's troops by doing a sneak attack. Suki rushes towards Zuko only to get knocked by firebending. Sokka deflects Zuko's attack, and Zuko beats the warriors. Aang arrives and uses the Kyoshi's fan to knock Zuko out. As Aang soars into the sky, he comes down and tells Katara that this is his fault. The battle rages on, and Sokka apologizes to Suki. She kisses Sokka, and Aang's company leaves the island with the help of Appa. Then, Aang dives down into the sea and grabs on Unagi and forces the beast to expel water to put out the fire. Afterwards, Katara gives Aang a warm hug.
