If i got extra this comeing month il get copy of that to.An if not this comeing month then soon as posible.

Back to the vid tho.Was rewatching Darker than BLACK its 1st season really could use a edit down. Some parts felt sreached out not for tension but for time.Still love the series tho.Sevrial series on rewatch are like that but see heres the thing. It all cant be good or you dont know what good is. You have to have a eb an flow some.

Tho a constant seesaw of glimer of hope an dispair gets predictable.

Ok, I'll be the one to surface this particular gem:

Some of that was a bit more disturbing than I suspect Tony and Sara were expecting.

Hmm have you been in any theater shows along the way I might have seen? I enjoy some good musical theater sister actually majored in fine arts. Actually enjoy watching stuff on broadway...

Wow the people who do Ben 10 nice not something for me to see but cool that you are getting work. Must be interesting to do such different stuff...

and what was the context for the dark pinchuck that was pretty hilarious and yes disturbing...

@zaldar: I mainly performed in the midwest for a number of years. The Muny in St. Louis, Ozark Actor's Theatre... among the shows are like 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, Parade, 1776, The Music Man, etc. You know the classics...

...come to think of it, why hasn't anyone made an anime MUSICAL??? Vicers, any ideas?

I missed my chance of getting tickets to this year's San Diego Comic Con. I'm actually going to the Anime Expo this week. I should check out Hybrid Bastards.

Hah. We had interest from a couple cartoon studios for a while. Never thought of claymation, but that fits more and more when I think about it. Definitely be a good way to bring out the textures.

I might be able to expedite that for you. Watch out for a DM soon.

Yeah, that was another show that had a great premise that wasn't executed as well as it could've been.

Hahaha... yeah. Let's just say we were all on very different pages for that shoot.

I came up to Whiskey's old offices in Sausilito around the time I started writing for them and we shot a bunch of videos while I was there. DARK KNIGHT had come out the previous summer and I'd been doing a Joker impression at parties. I figured it'd be a fun and showy way to announce my working at the site.

Coordinate with me on Twitter. I'll be there on Thursday, at least. Sam and I would definitely like to meet you and other users on the site who come to the show.

@No_name_here: Wow talk about timing i just ordered http://www.amazon.com/Unimaginable-Tom-Pinchuk/dp/1897548788/ref=pd_sim_sbs_b_2 ( yes new even ) from amazon along with Soul Eater complete on blue ray .I came back to the site to figure out how ta tell ya i got it .

Reguarding Darker than BLACK i own season one an two an the ovas. Its one of those there is something here shows, that takes a few runs at to get into .If that makes any sence. They did a bit to much back ground sceenery pans to set moods. Then used dead on camera angles for most dialogue. This made the action which had good an useful camera angles seem more dynamic.

This sort of visual navel gauzing slows down a dense story.Ghost in the Shell suffered from this some but thing is it was pretty pretty animation for its day. While Darker than BLACK is by no means ugly its not up to that calaber. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG also had some slow spots an the blue rays of Ghost in the Shell overall seem to corect this a bit. Also both remind me dubs dont work for some anime for me but subs make it work fine.

Ah good stuff! Would not have seen any of those as I live in the south, but know the shows! 1776 is a favorite. Who did you play? Music Man is also good. Ever get to do J.C. Superstar?

Didn't someone in Japan try to do an eva musical at one point?

@Tom Pinchuchk Ah ok interesting your impression was very very good. It is a pitty the sites broke up...I hope no friendships got ruined.

An Akira series based on the Manga... I would watch the "you know what" out of the that :)

@zaldar: I played the soldier that sings "Mama Look Sharp" at the end of Act 1. Music Man was the chorus and Tommy Djilas. Sadly, I've never been in JC Superstar.

All this musical talk gets me pining for the Real Folk Bluesman to return...

Also, no clue about the Eva musical. But considering how they've tried to adapt it into every other entertainment form I wouldn't be surprised.

Cool stuff! The reals folks buleseman could maybe sing some of the songs from these anime musicals....(known of which are eva so not sure..maybe you could make an eva song and sing it....Shinji talking about how much he hates his dad...pineing over if he should save the world or not?)
