Osamu Tezuka, firstly made the manga 'The Three-Eyed One', which has turned into an anime. Some of the scenes changed, based on the sexual parts. They changed that, because they would like to have younger views on the anime.

The manga series was created by Osamu Tezuka, and had some sexual scenes. Those scenes, were mostly always Chiyoko Wato, and she mostly did all the fan service.
