Synopsis

Natsu finally knocks the wind out of Erigor's sails in a scorcher of a battle-but Fairy Tail's strongest team still has a war to fight when the death flute's dark magic plays an evil scale of epic proportions.

Plot Summary

The narrator talks about the Lullaby flute and its powers. Natsu continues his fight with Erigor. Natsu still cannot get through Erigor's storm mail. Natsu strips off his black jacket and gets burning mad. While Natsu powers up, Happy notices the wind is flowing differently than before. Happy realizes the wind is flowing towards Natsu; Happy tells him that Gray can take care of Erigor which makes Natsu gets mad even more. As Erigor's storm mail is stripped off, Natsu finishes off Erigor with Dragon's Sword Edge. Natsu's team reunites with him; Gray calls Natsu a pervert since he is half naked. Suddenly, Kageyama takes the Lullaby flute with him and drives to the guild masters' location. Meanwhile, the army gets closer to the guildmasters' place.

At last, Kageyama reaches the guildmasters' meeting place; he gets scare by Makarov who gets aroused by the Weekly Sorcerer magazine. As Kageyama tries to use the flute, he hesitates when his flashbacks of Natsu and his team starts flowing through his head. Natsu and his group finally arrive to see Kageyama and Makarov. Bob stops Natsu and Gray from intervening and starts to harass the boys a bit. Makarov does his lecture on how humans are weak creatures and why they form guilds. After Makarov finishes his lecture, Kageyama gives up and drop the flute. Everyone rush to congratulate their master. Suddenly, the flute becomes a monster.

Bob and Goldmine explain about Zeref, who is dark mage, and his creations. The Lullaby monster levels a mountain which scares off the army. As the Lullaby monster decides to eat the mages' soul with its ghastly roar, Natsu, Erza, and Gray attack the Lullaby. Erza changes into her Heaven Wheel Armor and slashes at the monster. Gray uses Ice Lance on the monster then Natsu punches the monster. After their attacks, the Lullaby monster fails to make its lullaby due to the extra holes that team Natsu has made. Gray uses Ice Shield to protect the crowd from the Lullaby monster's flames. Natsu eats his flames and runs up on its arm. Erza quickly changes in her Black Wing armor and attacks. After Erza and Gray finished their attacks, Natsu finishes off the monster with his Dazzling Blaze attack. Fairy Tail strongest team get their shining moment while Bob gives Kageyama a big hug. However, the guildmasters' building is destroyed completely after team Natsu defeats the monster. Bob surprise out Kage with a picture of his group when they were young in the old days. Furthermore, Bob thinks Kage is like him. (creepy huh). The crowd chases off the Fairy Tail guild.
