As Ledo finds out this planet is Earth, Chamber hovers by to tell Ledo that the situation has escalated. Ledo asks Chamber to translate his words in order to inform the inhabitants to calm down. When Ridget introduces herself and asks Ledo to do the same, Ledo complies and explains with the help of Chamber translating his words. Afterwards, Amy rushes to meet Ridget who asked her how she feels about Ledo. Amy replies that Ledo is normal and confused at the situation. Ridget radios Fairlock about her request to examine the Yunboroid's technology. When Pinion suggests that they take out Ledo and open up the Yunboroid, Commander Fairlock tells them to reconsider since Ledo might have comrades. Meanwhile, Chamber asks Ledo to neutralize the inhabitants. Though, Ledo tells him that they have to rely on the inhabitants' archive to find out more about Earth to secure it if the Alliance wants to use it as hub. Chamber gives Ledo another option of going into suspended animation.

Back in town, Saaya and Melty asks Amy if Ledo is cute. Amy escapes them by jumping into the air to glide to a boat. By the docks, Bellows gets ready to go out salvaging. Elsewhere, Amy shares with Bevel about Ledo and gives Bevel a wheel for his model ship. Upon hearing Amy's stories, Bevel believes Ledo came from space. As the sun sets, Amy meets with Ledo to offer him fish as food. Ledo finds the fish strange and hesitates to eat it. Amy introduces herself and asks Ledo about himself. Chamber explains everything about Ledo and himself and where they came up. When Amy asks Chamber to reveal the person inside, Chamber exposes his cockpit and reveals that he is automated. Amy begins explaining about her fleet and how they live their way of life in the vast seas. When Ledo sees a shooting star, he asks Chamber to analyze the stars to figure out where they are. Though, Chamber cannot compute where they are.

Meanwhile in the captain's room, Pinion and Ridget do not believe Ledo's story. When Amy voices her opinion about how Ledo wants to get back to space, Ferrock states that it does not benefit them or Ledo if they interact. In the seas, Bellows's group find the spot where they found Chamber. At the docks, Ledo remarks how their struggle against the Hideauze has no connection to this place. Then, a loud siren is heard. Bellows's group is attacked by pirates. Amy rushes to requests Ledo's help while the pirates use kites to shoot missiles at Bellows's group. Ledo agrees to help Amy and activates Chamber's floater. While the men threatens Bellows to join their crew, Bellows declines. One of the men rips Bellows's bra off.

Above the seas, Chamber identifies the enemy targets and fires a laser beam that annihilates the pirates by instantly turning them into dust. Everyone on the Gargantia are awed at Chamber's strength.
