Having gazed upon the "light" in her second eyelid for too long, Sui now must live alone in a storage shed sealed off from all light because even the slightest will cause unbearable pain for her eyes due to the mushi now living in them. Biki is the son of the family that owns the storage shed and now takes care of Sui. Ginko has been called to investigate because no doctors could cure her. When Ginko arrives though he finds that Sui's case has reached an extreme level and more so, now she is not the only one who needs help.
This episode is the fourth story in the manga.
