On June 23, Nickelodeon channel is going to air the one hour season finale for the Legend of Korra series. The episodes are Skeleton in the Closet and Endgame. Hopefully, we'll see more background information on Amon and what has happened in Aang's past.

For those of you don't know what the Legend of Korra is about. Here's the plot summary.

Seventy years after the Hundred Years War, Avatar Aang has passed on and the time has come for the new Avatar to be selected. Finding a young waterbender named Korra, it is evident she is the new Avatar as she sets off to begin her training of the four elements. Already having mastered fire, earth, and water at a remarkably early age, she has one element left to master: air. With a mass shortage of airbenders in the world, the responsibility is left to a man who knew Aang too well: his youngest son Tenzin. However, Tenzin cannnot train Korra in the South Pole so she must relocate to Republic City; the iconic city Aang and Fire Lord Zuko created to be a center of peace in the world between benders and non-benders.

However, Korra quickly discovers that beneath the beauty of the city lies the underbelly of crime as well as a growing anti-bending revolution that threatens to tear republic city apart. Knowing that her responsibilities involve keeping the city peaceful, she discovers new allies in the form of pro-bending brothers Mako and Bolin and an even greater threat than she ever could have imagined. The leader of The Equalists, Amon. Behind the mask is a scarred man who has a power that makes even the quick tempered and fierce Avatar crumble to her knees.

That poster looks really awesome and the trailer is really making me look forward to next week (as if I wasn't looking forward to it already). Thanks for the update; I had no idea it was a 1 hour special. I can't believe it is the finale already. It went by so fast.

Energy is about Energy benders I think it would have energy benders as the main villains also if their leader appeared in season 1 as I believe the protestor and council page but is a female witch trying to unleash an evil entity that was an enemy of the lion turtle and the first avatar also she's responsible for Yakone's and his sons' actions teaching Amon how to remove bending in the first place.Or the witch as the protestor and her lover/second in command as the council page keeping an eye on Amon and Tarrlok.Also new allies include an energy bender betraying his energybenders to help Korra and her friends.

@Toxin45:

Kind of hard to read your post

@Destinyheroknight: I mean I think season 2 is about Energy benders as the main villains with the their leader an evil witch that she debut as the protestor to keep an eye on Amon because she is Amon's mentor and her lover and second in command is assigned to keep an eye on Tarrlok as that council page.Well they have immortal youth and their group is much dangerous than the equalists if not more powerful.

Korra as the avatar must fight her to stop her plans to summon an evil entity that was an enemy of the first avatar and Lion Turtles

Sorry for the late reply. Oddly, I didn't get a PM notice.

Where did you get this information? I didn't hear anything about it.
