The Last Airbender User Reviews

Live action anime has had its problems. There are certain anime that can't be adapted no mater what. Like Bleach, Naruto, and One piece. Yet they all can be made live, but success is unlikely. The last airbender is one  of the easiest live action successes.  It is immposible for it too be horrible.  M. Night explained why he did everything. On Nickeloden he revealed The last airbender and gave reasons for all he did.  Many people go upset about the name pronunciations although he replied "I changed how they were pronounced in order to be true to the asian productions.  There was also how funny Sokka was. It is easy too see Sokka was more funny in the series, but there are sacrifices that have to be made for adaptions. Even so I was surprised how funny Sokka actually was. On the first scene when Katara was water bending, and how he got water on him was somewhat funny, but what really was unny was when the met the Earthbending boy and when the fire nation was about to attack he yelled. "Everyone can help us now!!!" When he was scared. The whole theater laughed when Katara tried to water bend and ended up hit Sokka instead.   
 
My verdict is a 9/10. The movie was awesome,but the only problem I did have was when they kinda stretched out Ozai's charter development   in book 1, but other than that it was great. They were very true. The even gave a full back story by Katara at the beginning and said book 1- Water.
