Hordy Jones holds King Neptune
Daruma of the new Fish-Man Pirates laughs and mocks the people as they struggle to step on the image of Queen Otohime or face death. He is then told that Hordy Jones has begun his announcement. Everyone listened as Hordy talks to all on Fish-Man Island about his ideals of how humans can't be trusted, and that Queen Otohime was a fool. He reminds the people that her killer was even a human. He displays that he has captured King Neptune, and announces he plans to execute him at Conchcorde Plaza.

Jimbei shocked by Nami's words
Back at the Coral Forest, Nami tells Sanji that it's their fault that Neptune was taken hostage, and Jimbei is shocked that they were involved. Camie tries to calm him by telling him that the Royal Guard attacked them first.

Hordy has the list of signatures
As Hordy continues his speech, he displays the letter from the World Nobles that she risked her life for, and he mocks the idea that her boxes filled with signatures is so packs. He knows that people may be willing to step on Otohime's image, but could still not be truly loyal. To Hordy, these names are an enemies list to weed out the undesirables. He threatens death against any who have signed if they don't leave the country. He starts calling out several names, and the people panic.as they are exposed.

Zoro, Usopp, and Brook are captured
Next he turns his attention to an image of Zoro, Usopp, and Brook locked inside a cage. He tells that their crime was defeating Arlong and crushing the will of all Fish-Men. He holds up the wanted poster of Luffy and announces he wants the head of the pirate with the 400 Million Berry bounty. On his command, the cage is lifted over a pool that is quickly flooding into the room. After Hordy's speech ends, Neptune tells him that a kingdom can't be ruled with such strong arm tactics. Hordy fires back that once the ruler changes so will the country.

Brook screws up the escape
In the flooding room, Usopp and Brook are panicking. Despite this threat, Brook laughs at the reaction of the fish-man pirates that he scared when they saw he was a moving skeleton. Just when Zoro and Usopp thought he was playing dead to help them escape later, Brook jumped up and started chasing them, but they eventually knocked him out when they got tired of running. Usopp doesn't seen the humor in it, and begs Zoro to get them free. He says he will if they just untie him. Usopp says he'll just use his psychic powers, though he has none. Zoro is sure they should be fine since Nami was able to escape. She'll get to Luffy in time. Usopp isn't sure if she got away, and he does an impression of what scary fate Robin may say she suffered.

Robin finds a poneglyph
Deep in the Coral Forest, Nico Robin sits confused at the base of a poneglyph. The writing is unlike any she's ever seen before. It isn't world history or a weapon. This reads more like a letter of apology signed by someone called Joy Boy.

Luffy's ecstatic over his new bounty
Back with the Straw Hats, Luffy silently turns, but suddenly gleams at the news his bounty has been raised to 400 Million. Nami smacks him in the back of the head for getting happy about such a thing now. Jimbei isn't surprised given his actions at Marineford during the war. It's only natural that his bounty would climb to high.

Jimbei stops Shirahoshi
Overcome with worry, Shirahoshi tries to get Megalo to take her to her father, Though she wont listen to Jimbei to stop, Megalo does pause to his commands. he explains to her that he's trying to entice her to into his trap. Hatchan agrees, and he tries to explain that Hordy Jones is terrified of Shirahoshi's power to command the Sea Kings. That was why he teamed up with Vander Decken IX, because he had the ability to kill her easily. Shirahoshi says she's away of the power, but has no idea she can control it. Jimbei believes that even the threat is enough, and she shouldn't let it be known that she can't control it.

Jimbei tries to stop Luffy
Luffy still wants to head out to save his crew. He asks Sanji to watch after Shirahoshi. Jimbei tells Luffy that he can't fight Hordy. When they ask why, both Chopper and Franky asks if it's because they are human. Sanji yells at them that they are hardly ones to mention that. Jimbei explains that if Luffy was to go out to defeat more fish-men. It could just make the people hate humans even more.

Luffy faces off against Jimbei
Luffy refuses to not go to the rescue of his friends, and tells Jimbei that he'll have to stop him with force. As they ready to fight, Jimbei remembers that he can't underestimate Luffy, because he's also the little brother of Ace.
