The Holy Britannian Empire (also referred to as the Holy Empire of Britannia or simply Britannia) is a monarchy ruled by Charles di Britannia with imperial tendencies, leading to it controlling over one third of the world. Its capital, Pendragon, is based in North America-- specifically the former state of Arizona.
Britannia controls the entire western hemisphere (North and South America), as well as New Zealand and then Japan, renamed Area 11. It eventually takes over an area it refers to as "Area 18" somewhere in the middle east and takes over about half of the European Universe's territories.
