The City of Water is Shaking! Iceburg-san was Targeted

The new day rises and the Merry has been emptied of everything, but Usopp. The previous night's events are covered. Luffy sits alone atop a building in the city.

There is some uproar at Dock 1. There is word someone might of died. Franky Family or the Straw Hat crew are thought to be the culprits.

Sanji looks around and finds the other boys on the hotel room. Sanji had been out looking for Robin. Zoro tells Chopper not to talk of Usopp anymore.

Nami comes bursting up, shouting for Luffy. Last night, Iceburg was shot in his home.

Paulie is called by Lulu. He tells him that Iceburg was shot and is now unconscious. Kalifa is told that he was shot twice in the front and three in the back. he was found in a locked room. The only clue is a festival mask of the man that was last seen with Robin.

Luffy wanders off to investigate and Nami joins him.

News of the attack fills the city. Everyone wants to know the culprit. People assume only pirates would be foolish enough to try killing Iceburg. Some are sure it's Franky. Lulu is the only one who suspects the World Government.

The Puffing Tom returns with Franky aboard.

Luffy runs across Nami and joins her on the yagara bull. Luffy wants to go meet with Iceburg. Nami goes quiet as they coincidentally pass by the spot she found Usopp before. Luffy asks what she's thinking of, but she says, "It's Nothing.".

Franky returns to Franky House to find it demolished and his men injured. He automatically blames Luffy. Seeing how they stole 200, 000, 000 beli of their money and beat Usopp. I don't see where he gets this moral outrage.

At the Sea Train Station, there is a terribly strong wind. She says it's Carock, the South Wind. The Aqua Laguna is scheduled to strike at midnight.

Luffy and Nami arrive at Dock 1 and find a huge crowd. Franky arrives shortly after and wonders about the commotion. We finally see Franky without his mask. He makes a flash appearance, then everyone scatters. He calls Luffy out, but they have no idea who he is.
