The Assistant Editor Refuses to Discuss the Possibility that he is the Main Character
Summary
In 1931, where a guy and a girl at a newspaper are trying to delve into various stories and look for a main character that these stories center around. Carol (the girl) begins by delving into a feud between the Runorata family and the Gandor family in America.
As Luck Gandor and Firo are shopping around for hats, a hail of tommy gun fire from Runorata hitmen kills them both and trashes the shop, but they slowly come back to life to the astonishment of the shop's owner.
Elsewhere, some policemen have found a man and a woman dead by the train tracks. Before they can take the bodies away, the two bodies suddenly come back to life, though the man seems confused about what happened.
