Haruka, Hibiki, Chihaya and Takane are stuck dressed up as frogs in order to promote a show called Gero-Gero Kitchen that they'll later be appearing on. The premise of the show is for the girls to split into two teams and compete in a cooking battle.
The girls do their best to act enthusiastic, however Chihaya is less than pleased with the arrangements when she finds out her song has been cut from the segment due to a lack of available time.
As the other idols try their best to create a positive impression, Cihaya becomes increasingly disgruntled and disappears during the halftime break.
When the Producer catches up to her he finds her singing the song "Blue Bird". After some words of encouragment from the Producer and the other girls, Chihaya decides to do her best in the second round.
Although Chihaya struggles initially, Haruka does her best to help her friend and turn the situation around.
As the round continues, Chihaya becomes more enthusiastic and confident, winning the bonus ingredient for her side.
The results are called and Team Toad (Hibiki and Takane) take the win, the director then congratulates the studio on a job well done, stating he's become a fan of the idol agency.
Although the Producer suggests going out for icecream to celebrate their successful day, Chihaya instead decides to return to her home where she lives alone, due to family circumstances. Before she leaves however, the Producer gives her plasters, to cover the cuts inflicted on her fingers while cooking.
The episode concludes as the Producer realises how little he really knows about each of the idols, while Chihaya rides the train home alone.
