The Second Tenchi Muyo film set in the OVA series that was released in Japan on August 2, 1997 as a double feature, along with Slayers Great.
When Prince Yosho was very young he runs into girl named Yuzuha who is a demon. The palace guards drove he away from Yosho. So now she blames Yosho for her being ousted out of Jurai.
700 hundred years later she finds out that Yosho lives on earth. He plans are set in motion when she get a hair from Yosho grandson Tenchi and combine it with her to make a teen age girl Mayuka. This is all happening during Christmas holiday.
