While Satsuki's Elite Four welcomes Satsuki back to their academy, Mako goes off on a rant that Ryuko should only show her body to the one she loves the most. As Ryuko watch Tsumugu in his drills, Aikuro informs Ryuko about Tsumugu's sister who died in an experiment with Life Fibers. Meanwhile at the Kiryuin Manor, Soroi and Satsuki chat about how Satsuki enjoy tea. Satsuki shares how much her father meant to her. At the start of the ceremony, Mako's famil asks Ira about Mako's whereabouts. Outside of the academy, Aikuro debriefs his team about Ragyo's true intentions. At REVOCS Co. LTD. Headquarters, Rei informs Ragyo about the plan's progress. Later that night, Nonon and the Elite Four make preparations for the ceremony.

During the ceremony, the audience enjoy their feast and the festivities. Satsuki introduces her mother, the director of Honnouji Academy. While Ragyo walks on the platform, she exchanges some banter with Satsuki's Elite Four. Ragyo starts off the ceremony, and the Life Fiber starts to consume their hosts. Aikuro has Ryuko and Tsumugu ride his DTR machine. Though, it's too late. Everyone is wrapped in little Life Fiber cocoons. While Ragyo is distracted in giving her introduction to Ryuko, Satsuki back stabs her mother. She announces that her academy is rebelling against Ragyo and that humans do not live for the sake of clothing.
