Greetings fans of Tari Tari! Crunchyroll shares some cool photos of the Tari Tari Exhibition at OtaRoad in Osaka's Nippombashi district of Japan.
All of the photos were taken by Mikikazu Komatsu with the permission from the store, Geestore Osaka Annex.
For those who are new to Tari Tari, here's a synopsis written my teammate, Auron570, and I.
Tari Tari revolves around 5 Japanese school teenagers and when Konatsu quits the Choir, she tries to enlist the help of Wakana, Sawa, Taichi, and Atsuhiro in her new club. Each member of the choir struggle with their pasts as they go through every day life.
Behold! It's like seeing a history of the anime's story.
Character Design Sheets
These are cool to look at since you see the early designs for the characters and what they went with and what they rejected.
Story Boards and Animations
Story Boards are like the blueprints for shows. It's interesting to see how detailed their rough sketches and what ideas were scrapped.
For animations, I love to see how they make the illustrations "move."
For the last group of snapshots, we have a surfboard with the autographs of the seiyuu of the anime, Yuzu Otome cider, some cool t-shirts and other things, and finally a "hug pillow."
I call it a body pillow since they took Sawa's innocence by making her reveal cleavage. Tari Tari is a good Slice of Life show that has no fan service.
Its size is 150 x 50cm. Sawa Okita's hug pillow comes in two versions:
- polyester twill version for 8,400yen ($108)
- smooth knit goes for 9,450yen ($120)
- Crunchyroll's FEATURE: TV Anime "Tari Tari" Exhibition in OtaRoad
- Crunchyroll's "Tari Tari" and "Oda Nobuna" Hug Pillows Scheduled
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
