Three powerful wizards have come to Fairy Tail to capture Lucy. Their reason is unknown, but they're the Earthland doubles of Sugar Boy, Hughes, and an evil Coco! Still, Fairy Tail isn't going to give up one of its own without a knockdown, drag-out battle.

Plot Summary

A mysterious stranger with white hair and two white, lower whiskers gives a monologue about the holy war while standing on a gruesome octopus-like creature. Meanwhile at Fairy Tail guild, Pantherlily and the Exceed Squad encounter Sugarboy, Coco, and Hughes's Earthland counterparts. Yet, they still think these guys are from Edolas. Coco replies that she does not know the Exceeds. Then, Natsu and some of his Fairy Tail guild members appear; Wendy points to Coco for Natsu who mistakes her for Queen Shagotte. Lucy corrects him and asks Coco why is she here. When the enemy introduce themselves, Natsu and Lucy realize they look like the Edolas people. Natsu yells at Mary Hughes that he always know that she is a man much to Mary's anger. Wendy and the others asks them why they are here; Mary replies that they want Lucy Heartphilia. Then, Happy thinks Hughes is proposing to marry Lucy much to their surprise. Macao and the others threaten them, and Kinana thinks they are the ones behind the church bombings. Yet, Sugarboy and the others deny it.

Making the first move, Sugarboy sings for his puppy dogs to come out. Erupting from Sugarboy's vest, his puppy dogs is a large, green, slimy thing that attacks everyone. Elfman tries to fight back only to get stuck. When Mirajane and Lisanna try to assist, they get captured as well. Carla tells everyone to not touch it. Coco engages Macao with a flurry of kicks, and Wakaba attacks her and tells Macao to take this seriously. Romeo launches a volley of fire balls at Coco, but Wakaba and Macao restrains him from damaging the guild. Suddenly, the green slime catches them too. Lucy finds Natsu knocked out due to his fight with Laxus from earlier. Pantherlily thinks about Coco; Hughes calls back his puppy dogs. Carla, Wendy, and Lucy finally realize that these guys are the Earthland versions. Hughes threatens Lucy to give herself in or they will attack again. Natsu tells Lucy that they don't know who Lucy is. Romeo throws a yellow fireball to Natsu, and when Natsu eats it, it farts and gives Natsu a gross taste. Regardless, Natsu has some energy and attacks the enemies. Yet, Hughes controls Natsu's fire with a strange hand-like object which hits Lucy and the others. Kinana throws a rock at Mary's head, and Mary gets angry. Pantherlily attacks them, but Coco intercepts him with a kick; Wendy uses her breath, but Mary controls it to hit Natsu.

The rest of Fairy Tail guild are exhausted due to Sugarboy's green glob. Lucy decides to turn herself in, but Michelle jumps in and announces that she is Lucy. Michelle asks what they want with Lucy while the enemies believe she is Lucy due to Michelle's attire. Happy agrees, too. Michelle puts on a stellar act. Lucy and Michelle continues to say they are Lucy, but Sugarboy tells them to capture Michelle. Then, Natsu calls Wendy, Lucy; everyone follows Natsu's cue. For some reason, Elfman announces he is Lucy. Mary Hughes tells her crew to round up everyone, and Hughes sends out his slime dogs. Natsu attacks, but he gets caught. He tells Lucy to run while everyone attacks Hughes's group. Coco runs after them, so Macao's group fires at her, but she dodges with a Free Run pose. Levy throws an iron script at her, but Mary takes control of it and makes it fall on Macao's group. Hughes blocks Max and Laki's attacks. Meanwhile in the forest, Lucy talks with Michelle who cries that she wanted to help out. Then, Coco finds the two girls, and Lucy plans to distract and confuse her. Somehow, it works, and then, Virgo appears. The three girls successively confuse Coco. Back at the guild, Pantherlily attacks Sugarboy, but Hughes uses Natsu to attack Pantherlily and Elfman to Macao. Then, Hughes manipulates Natsu to beat himself and delivers a powerful blast to the ground. In the town, Droy and Jet spot an explosion from their guild. It turns out that that Hughes did a smoke explosion.

Later that night, Carla, Pantherlily, and Wendy are searching for Lucy while Natsu and Happy are in a different search party. Coco attacks Wendy's group, and she tells Pantherlily that she hates cats. Somewhere in the forest above, Natsu thinks he cannot smell Lucy due to Jude's memento, and then, he gets attacked by Hughes. Sugarboy announces that he hates sweet things. Suddenly, an octopus-like creature appears. Meanwhile, Lucy hands the Fleuve d'etoiles whip to Virgo in order to get it fix. With Virgo gone, Michelle talks about her Celestial Spirits. From above, Hughes appears and uses her magic to manipulate Michelle to fall off the cliff. Lucy grabs Michelle tight, but she fails to stop her. Back to Natsu, it appears that stranger is Byro much to Natsu and Happy's surprise. Byro tells Sugarboy to finish the job, and at another location, Lucy and Michelle fall of the cliff.
