One of the offsprings of Demon-King Piccolo (the Mazoku). He is the first person to kill Krillin. Tambourine is a mutated Namekian.
History
Born from Piccolo Daimao (Demon King Piccolo) Tambourine is sent to kill all the participants of the previous Tenkaichi Budokai's, to eliminate the possibility that any martial artist could learn the Mafuba technique, and imprison Piccolo.
Tambourine's major impact to Dragonball comes at the end of the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai, where he kills Kurrirn and steals Goku's 4 star dragon ball and the Budokai roster. An enraged Goku gives chase but due to extreme hunger and fatigue is easily defeated by Tambourine, who destroys Goku's kintoun in the process. After being sent by Piccolo to avenge Cymbal, Tambourine is defeated by Goku.
