The Super Sentai Series follows the adventures of normal people that will transform to the warriors of the planet. It first began in 1975 as Himitsu Sentai Goranger, the first five warriors of the Earth. As the series progresses, more and more warriors will come in to protect the planet. As of now, the series celebrated its 35th anniversary with Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. The series became a big hit in Japan since its debut. With 199 warriors currently in the series and over 2,000 episodes, they will always protect the planet.
