Strong opponents appeared before Goku. The mystery man Jackie Chun defeats Yamcha and Kuririn. His mystery deepens as he continues to win through astounding strength, and unleashes a Kamehameha during his match with Kuririn. It then turned out that Jackie Chun's identity, which he had tried to conceal, was Goku and Kuririn's master Kame-sennin. Meanwhile, Goku easily advances, knocking down Giran in his first match and Namu in his second. And then the finals begin, with Goku vs. Jackie Chun.
