The second movie of the Street Fighter video game franchise.
Following the murder of his master Gouken, world martial arts champion Ryu is confronted with two new challenges in his quest to be the world’s strongest fighter. Following a reunion with his sparring partner Ken, Ryu meets up with a young boy named Shun who claims to be his long-lost brother whom he never met ever in his life. Second, Ryu finds himself being slowly corrupted by the evil power of Satsui no Hadou that drove Gouken’s brother, Gouki, to murder Gouken and their master, Goutsetsu. While overcoming these challenges, the Shadowlaw crime syndicate is hatching a plan that involves making use of the Satsui no Hadou that is slowly corrupting Ryu.
