In the beginning of this episode, Kin'emon is offended becasue she uses the term "anta" あんた when talking to him. This is not a comment on his age. It's actually a rather informal way of addressing someone as "you" (anata, あなた). "Anata" is used when talking to someone of equal or lower status. He's offended that a woman is talking to him as if she's equal or better.
It's unknown how Sanji would know the hair styles of the Wano Kingdom.
Monet, Kuzan, and Sakazuki only appear in this episode in flashback, and they have no spoken lines.
It's revealed in this episode that Punk Hazard was the island that hosted the battle between Aokiji and Akainu on who would take the position of Fleet-Admiral of the Marines.
